Overview
This webinar series will introduce and discuss key project management concepts and tools which can be easily understood and applied to your everyday projects. The interactive webinars not only discuss core concepts such as The Triple Constraints, the PM Life Cycle and the Nine Knowledge Areas, they also provide specific scenarios and examples of how these concepts can be implemented within your clinical projects/trials.
A Project Manager's key focus is to balance the project's competing demands including scope, time, cost, quality and risk. These webinars, by building upon the key project management concepts, provide valuable information to assist you in achieving that balance.
Target Audience
Project managers, program managers, and project team leaders who have some experience initiating, planning and managing projects, and project team members/clinical team members who are interested in enhancing their career by learning more about Project Management concepts and tools. This series addresses the key project management competencies assessed by the CCDM exam.
